Discover the terraces with delightful view of the Capital. Janiculum Terrace: the Janiculum hill just above the Vatican and the Trastevere district. From there you can enjoy a breathtaking view. It is a pleasant location to stroll around and visit some interesting spots like Fontana dell'Acqua Paola or Garibaldi Monument. Terrazza del Pincio: is one of the most romantic and picturesque places in the capital. A hill in Rome, (but not one of the Seven Hills), from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Piazza del Popolo and the city. It is a part of Villa Borghese inside the Aurelian Walls and streches from Piazza del Popolo to Villa Medici. The Orange Garden Terrace cradled within the medieval walls, streches on one of the most elegant hills of Rome, the Aventino. Here amongst the remains of the ancient fort of the Savelli family stands Parco Savello (also called Giardino degli Aranci), a small rectangular garden. The name of the garden derives from the presence of many orange trees. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of Rome that winds its way from the Tiber to the Basilica of San Pietro. We then continue for a few meters to reach the Villa of the Priory of the Knights of Malta, and the famous door. Look through the keyhole and enjoy a magical view of San Peter’s. Terrace of Trinita dei Monti: another charming place. And a classic stop for all the visitors in Rome - Trinità dei Monti with its famous staircase that descends to Piazza di Spagna. From the terrace in front of the church with the same name and overlooking the recently restored staircase, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the underlying terraces, Piazza di Spagna and the Fontana della Barcaccia, up to Via dei Condotti. Terrazza Cafarelli, we will climb to the top floor of the Capitoline Museums. You’ll come across a small terrace that looks out onto the Theater of Marcellus and the Portico of Octavia, behind which the Roman ghetto stretches with the characteristic dome of the synagogue.In the distance, the Janiculum Hill. On the right, in the foreground, just behind the church, there is a visible fragment of the monastery of Saint Francis of Rome - patron of the Eternal City. Finally, behold an impressive view of the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele. Zodiac Terrace: the highest point of Rome located 139 meters high Monte Mario. The viewpoint is called "Viale degli Innamorarti" Avenue of Lovers, located at the astronomical observatory of Monte Mario, with an amazing view. This simple but impressive terrace will give you an amazing view of the capital, don’t be surprised to see many love padlocks, because Rome is the place best to fall in love!
