Lemon Farm Experience

Join this fascinating journey through the lemon groves (limoneto). Amalfi lemons are the symbols of the surrounding area. They are a unique variety with thick skin, sweet flesh and intense perfume. You will start with a walking tour of the grounds. You will come across endless terraces of lemons, all connected (the lemon trees grow from one terrace) to another to maximize space. On the way there you will learn the facts about lemon farming, harvesting and how to use them in cooking; lemons are a crucial ingredient of the local cuisine. You will also find out all about the production phases of famous lemon liquor – Limoncello. Finally, you will be welcomed with a tasting of local products and different types of Limoncello. This activity can be combined with a tour of Procida. We also offer a second location for this experience set on the Amalfi Coast. Combine it with a visit to one of the coastal towns.
