Day 1 Friday
Mid-morning: Food tour in Testaccio – 3 h
This walking tour traces the history of cuisine in the Testaccio neighbourhood, a working-class district. We will explore the new Testaccio market (one of the oldest and best-loved in Rome), where we find local products and many cool street food vendors. Eat like a local, in an authentic neighbourhood where people live, dine and shop.
Afternoon at leisure (alternatively opt for an additional activity – a Ferrari or helicopter ride)
Evening – Explore even more on your own or enjoy a lovely dinner (we can make a reservation)

Evening wine tasting with a sommelier (Rome or Castelli Romani)
Learn how to taste wine like a professional, and to identify notable aspects of wine. We will discuss Italian regions and we will taste some of most iconic varieties from Lazio.
